Agroforestry and rural workers

Brasil Ceras, through the Inclusive Carnauba Project, has guaranteed the existence of a nursery with seedlings of endangered species and endemic species of ecological and economic importance, including the Carnauba. The seedlings cededthe nursery, are used to implement small Agroforestry Systems (SAF'S) in the properties of families involved in the extraction of carnauba. In this sense,the agroforestry systems developed will generate accesssources of food of food and alternative incomes for the families involved and will awaken the interest of the community in more sustainable practices of agriculture.
