Each year, Brasil Ceras provides training sessions for its collaborators covering topics such as workers’ rights, safety, and health within the carnauba industry. We also teach methods that help workers improve their harvesting techniques and increase their earnings.
These training sessions are also an opportunity for us to better understand the challenges faced in each region and to collaboratively develop projects to overcome them.
