Brasil Ceras recently hosted the Carnauba Leaders 2025 gathering in Campo Maior (Piauí) — a strategic initiative designed to empower suppliers and extractivists at the base of our value chain.
✅ Objective
To promote responsible leadership aligned with sustainable practices and to strengthen a culture of social, environmental, and economic responsibility in carnauba extractivism.
With the support of UEBT – Union for Ethical BioTrade, the event brought together 146 participants, representing a decisive step toward building more ethical, inclusive governance — grounded in the field and driven by local leadership.
📚 The program included dynamic trainings on:
- Human Rights
- Occupational Safety
- Best Practices
- Traceability
- Leadership & Active Listening
Always with a practical focus and real-world application in the communities we serve.
🌱 A Symbolic Gesture
As an inspiring and symbolic gesture, each participant received native tree seedlings from the Carnauba for Education and Biodiversity Project, reaffirming our collective commitment to ecological regeneration.
🔗 Part of a Broader Commitment
This initiative is part of the Carnauba Supply Chain Challenge Mitigation Plan, launched by Brasil Ceras in 2023 with a focus on women, leaders, and extractivists — key pillars for transforming the chain from the ground up.
💚 With technical expertise, empathy, and purpose, we continue to cultivate partnerships that drive real change.
